• Placement assistance (not guaranteed employment)
• Custom software development and IT services

Important: We do not guarantee job placement, salary outcomes, business success, or specific technical results unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and third-party factors beyond our control.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, copy, resell, or exploit our content, systems, or intellectual property
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials (if applicable)

Any misuse may result in suspension or permanent termination without notice.

• All fees are communicated clearly before enrollment or service confirmation
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing
• Taxes (including GST) and applicable charges are additional unless mentioned otherwise
• Delayed or failed payments may lead to service suspension
• Refunds, if applicable, follow the Refund Policy published separately on our website.

All content including course materials, videos, documents, code, designs, logos, trademarks, brand assets, website content and software are the exclusive intellectual property of Axess Technology.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, recording, resale, or reuse is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Placement assistance is a support service, not a guarantee
• Interview calls depend on candidate performance, eligibility, market demand, and recruiter decisions
• Axess Technology is not responsible for employer decisions, offer withdrawals, or job terminations
• Any false expectations assumed by the user are not our liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• We are not responsible for data loss, business loss, income loss, or career outcomes
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service

Our platforms may include links or integrations with third-party tools or websites. We do not control or endorse their content, policies, or practices and are not responsible for any resulting issues.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access without notice
• Deny service to users violating these terms
• Take legal action in cases of fraud, abuse, or misconduct

Termination does not waive any outstanding obligations.
